LORA DENEVA

​​  A small contemporary house of 76 sq.m located in Chania, Crete, Greece, set in a dry Mediterranean rocky landscape overlooking the sea. The architecture is minimalist and cubic, with white plaster volumes, clean geometric lines, stone base details and blue aluminum window frames.

The house is developed on two levels. The ground floor includes an open-plan living room and kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry space. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a second bedroom with a private bathroom and a large terrace.
