Designed for a family of four, this 94.83 sq. m apartment emphasizes functionality, natural light, and everyday comfort. Upon entry, a compact corridor with integrated cabinetry—housing storage, washer, and dryer—leads into an open-plan kitchen with a central island. This space flows effortlessly into the living area and extends to a loggia, creating a cohesive and social heart of the home.
Abundant floor-to-ceiling windows bring in generous daylight, enhancing the sense of openness. The master bedroom enjoys direct access to the loggia and includes a private en-suite bathroom. The larger children’s room is positioned near the main bathroom, equipped with a double sink to accommodate both family and guests.
The interior is shaped by a soft, contemporary aesthetic—subtle textures, neutral tones, and refined black accents bring balance and visual clarity.
